Earthquake and volcano ‘buffs’ can now stay up to date with the latest geologic news from the Eastern Caribbean as the UWI Seismic Research Centre has added a News RSS Feed to its newly refurbished website. RSS (“Really Simple Syndication”) is a format for distributing and gathering content from sources across the Web, including newspapers, magazines, and blogs. The RSS Feed is for the website’s News section only. “We are very pleased to be able to offer this feature to our web visitors and we hope that this tool will prove useful for regional disaster coordinators and the media,” commented SRC Education Officer, Stacey Edwards.
